David RubineDavid Rubine

I have been involved in “men’s work”, leading groups and experiential workshops for all ages, including initiatory rituals for men and boys. My work has been greatly influenced by teachers Michael Meade, Robert Bly, Jeff Krock, James Hillman and Robert Moore.

I have an enduring passion for celebrating and honoring the divine masculine in the world, and I am committed to serving men so that they know true freedom and discover their inherent gift of service. In 1996, I created the Cornerstones Path workshop as a vehicle for helping men discover and live their deepest calling.

In addition to men’s work, I have over 27 years of rock climbing experience. Through my business, On Belay LLC, I have helped over 1700 people, including incarcerated teens, use climbing as a powerful metaphor and tool for personal growth and healing. I have also worked intensively within corporations in sales and upper management and as a consultant, helping teams of people balance the importance of producing results with vision that allows individuals to recognize and be recognized for their unique contribution to the enterprise.

I am passionate about helping people feel personally empowered by shifting perspectives from obstacles to opportunities. As a Professional Coach and Trainer, I help people get “unstuck” and find ease in their personal and work lives.

I studied Communications at the University of Wisconsin, and built a career as a web developer working with companies including Novell, SCO and Rainmaker Systems, as well as a number of start-ups, small businesses and entrepreneurs.

As a coach, I have trained with Bryan Franklin of the California Leadership Center, Kane Minkus And Jeff Slayter of World’s Hidden Masters, and David Rubine of the Cornerstones Program. I have led men’s groups since 2007 and have worked with individuals to help them succeed in their businesses and their lives.

I can personally attest to the power of the Cornerstones Program. It has made a huge difference in my life, and the lives of many men I know. I’m very grateful to David Rubine, and to all of the men who have stepped more fully into their lives through this work.
